INTERVIEW
To avoid any inconvenience, take care of your EC3D garment. Avoid premature wear of the fabric caused by friction with equipment worn over the garment. Also, be sure to close the Velcro fasteners before washing or storing the garment, otherwise you risk damaging the fabric.
HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS?
Measure the circumference of each indicated part using a tape measure.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE IF MY MEASUREMENTS OVERLAP?
If you are the larger size of one size and the smaller size of another, we recommend you take the larger size.
There's a 2-3 mmHg difference in compression between each clothing size. This means that even if you choose a smaller size, you won't experience too much compression, and conversely, you'll still have enough compression to feel the effects if you choose a larger size. Of course, it's always a matter of personal comfort.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE IF MY MEASUREMENTS ARE WITHIN 2-3 SIZES?
The largest measurement between the measurements should prevail. The hip measurement is the most important when determining your size for our pants and shorts.
HOW TO PUT ON YOUR CLOTHES?
Given the high compression of our garments, we recommend putting them on with care. Keep your nails short and well filed, and avoid pulling on the seams when putting on your garments.
