Supports the tendons and ligaments of the ankle as well as the arch of the foot. Ideal for reducing inflammation and pain following a sprain, strain, or any injuries associated with the ankle. Must be worn during and after physical activities. **Not strong enough to replace ankle brace.

To avoid inconvenience, take care of your EC3D garment. Avoid premature wear of the fabric caused by friction with equipment worn over the garment. Also make sure to close velcro elements before washing or storing the garment, otherwise you risk damaging the fabric.
